Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT. Card payments are taken in full at the time of order through MyFatoorah. Cash on delivery orders are paid to the courier on delivery, including the handling fee shown at checkout.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.

Use of the product

Cryova is a portable cooling appliance for home, car and travel use. It is not a certified medical device. Medication must always be stored according to its manufacturer's instructions; check with your pharmacist or doctor if you are unsure.

Warranty

Cryova is covered against manufacturing faults for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from drops, liquids, or use outside the instructions.
