Shipping & returns

Delivery

We ship Cryova across all seven emirates from the UAE. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are handed to the courier the same day. Delivery takes 1–3 working days and is tracked; you receive the tracking link by email and SMS.

Delivery is free on every Cryova order. Spare battery packs ordered on their own ship for AED 25.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship. A handling fee of AED 15 is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. Please have the exact amount ready for the driver.

Returns

If Cryova is not for you, return it unused and in its original box within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us with your order number and we arrange the pickup. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days; cash orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Faulty units

Every unit is tested before it ships. If yours arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months, contact us with your order number and a short description or photo. We replace or repair it at no cost.
