Card payments are processed by MyFatoorah on their secure payment page. Your card number never reaches our servers and we never store it.

Sharing

Your delivery details are shared with the courier to complete delivery, and with our payment provider to process payment. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Email and SMS

We send order confirmations, tracking updates and replies to your messages. We do not send marketing unless you ask for it.

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to us through the contact page and we respond within 3 working days.
