What temperature should I set?
Most refrigerated vials and pens are labelled 2 to 8 °C, so 4 °C is a good default. Always follow the storage instructions on your own product.
How long does it run on battery?
4 to 10 hours per pack, depending on the temperature you set and how hot it is around it. The pack recharges in 2 to 5 hours. The spare battery pack gives you two, so one charges while the other runs.
Does it work in the car?
Yes. Run it on its battery, or plug it into a car USB port or a power bank that gives 5 V / 3 A.
What fits inside?
Injector pens up to 17.5 cm long and a full row of standard vials. It's about the size of a hardback book: 20.5 × 10 × 9.5 cm.
Is it loud?
It cools with a thermoelectric module and a small fan, so there's no compressor. You'll hear a soft hum up close.
Can I leave it plugged in all day?
Yes. Plug it into the UAE charger and it runs on mains power, so it can stay on at home or in the office all day. Switch to the battery when you head out.
Can I take it on a plane?
Each battery pack is 10,600 mAh, well under the 100 Wh limit most airlines set for spare batteries. Carry the batteries in your hand luggage, not in checked bags, and check your airline's rules before you fly.
What if something goes wrong with it?
Every unit is tested before it ships and is covered against manufacturing faults for 12 months from delivery. If yours arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us your order number and a photo and we replace or repair it at no cost.
