Refund policy

Return it unused and in its original box within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us with your order number and we arrange the pickup. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

 

Every unit is tested before it ships. If yours arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months, contact us with your order number and a short description or photo. We replace or repair it at no cost.
